I. Scope

Orders can be placed in a shop on the web sites using scripting sales, special forms of contracts, as well as the letter e-mail.


II. Conclusion of contract / termination of contract

1. This agreement is concluded with the adoption of your order and confirmed by our order confirmation sent by email. If you have not provided your email address when you order, the contract takes effect only upon delivery of the goods.

2. We reserve the right to verify the solvency of the Buyer after the conclusion of the contract and withdraw from the contract in event of insolvency.

3. We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract also in cases where the goods are unavailable for a period of at least four weeks or in the case of data errors that prevent the execution of your order. In the event of such a situation immediately inform you about it and promptly reimburse the payment made possible.


III. The right to appeal the order


1. If you are a private end customer, you can cancel the order within ten days. This period starts on receipt of your goods. To return a purchased item please contact us for details. Order can be appealed in writing (letter, fax or e-mail). Goods should be sent to the following return address:

2. Goods sent as a package should be returned to us at the above address. The risk of shipping and shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer. Please return this kind of product shipments, which we chose for its delivery. Immediately upon receipt reimburse the transfer to the bank account specified purchase price.

3. If the product is incompatible with your order the return shipping costs we incur.

4. In the case of deterioration of the goods we will require payment of compensation. In order to avoid the obligation to pay compensation, we recommend that during the period of appeal do not use the goods as his property and avoid anything that might adversely affect the value of the goods. Do not have to pay compensation in cases where there has been deterioration in the goods only as a result of such verification of the goods, which would be impossible in an ordinary shop.

IV. Warranty, reservation of title

Goods sold in the store are covered by Internet. All supplied goods remain our property until full payment of debts.


V. Delivery, shipping and customs duties

1. Shipping costs of goods ordered in the amount specified in the contract forms shall be borne by the customer.

2. In the event of temporary absence of the ordered goods are entitled to make partial deliveries. In any case, bear the additional costs.

3. Delivery in Germany is normally within two working days of receipt of your order. In a situation where, for example due to high demand we have ordered goods in stock, immediately inform you about the fact that the resulting delay in delivery. For shipments to other EU countries and Switzerland, the supply shall be extended further by about two working days.

4. In the case of supply of goods outside the European Union and Switzerland may be charged import duties (duty); incur these charges.


VI. Payment Terms

We accept PayPal, payment by invoice, or payment in advance of the ABAKS bank account. Settle credit card and e-transfer is carried out through the Settlement Centre Dotpay.


VII. Privacy Policy

The personal data provided during registration the customer will be collected and processed by ABAKS the sole purpose of fulfilling orders and will not be made available to external companies. Purchaser stating the data and sending it to the company ABAKS form or by sending an e-mail letter also expresses its consent to the collection and processing. Such consent may be the client revoked at any time by sending a letter to the company ABAKS e-mail with such request.


VIII. Choice of law and competent court

1. Trade relations between the company and the purchaser shall be ABAKS Polish law with the exception of EU commercial law.

2. The competent court for resolving disputes arising under the business relationship with companies is the Circuit Court address: Nowe Ogrody 30, 80-803 Gdansk. We are also authorized to bring our discretion in the court of the domicile of the customer.
